This flagship luxury sedan was introduced in North America in 1996. The appealing Acura RL replaced the Acura Legend and has been a best seller ever since.
For the next two years there were very little changes to the design of the sedan and as interest increased subtle changes were made to the body style to update the appearance of the vehicle.
